Refund Policy

1. Plan Fee Refunds
Drpshippr plans (Launch ₹25,000 / Scale ₹30,000 / Dominate ₹50,000) are one-time fees for platform access and onboarding services. The following refund terms apply:
Within 7 days of payment — Full refund eligible
If you have not yet used the platform (no orders placed, no store connected, no onboarding session attended), you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
After 7 days or after platform use — No refund
Once the 7-day window has passed, or once you have begun using the platform (connected a store, placed an order, or attended an onboarding session), plan fees are non-refundable. This is because onboarding, product access, and support resources are consumed immediately.
Exceptional circumstances
If you experience technical issues on our end that prevent you from using the platform, we will review your case and may offer a credit, extension, or partial refund at our discretion. Contact us within 14 days.
2. Order-Level Disputes
For issues with individual orders (lost shipments, wrong products, damaged goods), the following process applies:
Report within 48 hours of delivery
Email us at care@drpshippr.in with your order ID, a photo of the issue, and a brief description.
Investigation (1–3 business days)
We verify the issue with our supplier and logistics partner. We may request additional evidence.
Resolution
If verified, we will either re-ship the order at no cost or credit the product cost to your Drpshippr wallet for the next payout.
3. Eligible Order Issues
✅ Eligible for resolution
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective product
- Order marked delivered but customer didn't receive it
- Significant quality difference from catalog listing
- Missing items in multi-item orders
❌ Not eligible for refund
- Customer changed their mind (buyer's remorse)
- RTO charges (covered by RTO policy)
- Shipping delays within stated timeframes
- Issues reported after 48 hours of delivery
- Incorrect address provided by your customer
4. RTO (Return to Origin) Charges
RTO charges are not refundable as they represent actual logistics costs incurred when a delivery fails and the product is returned to our warehouse. To minimize RTO, we strongly recommend:
- Enabling AI Order Confirmation on your account (auto-calls customers to confirm COD orders)
- Responding promptly to NDR (Non-Delivery Report) alerts in your dashboard
- Targeting verified buyer audiences in your Meta ads
- Upgrading to the Dominate plan for zero RTO fees
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund or dispute:
- Email care@drpshippr.in with subject line: “Refund Request — [Your Name/Order ID]”
- Include your registered email, order ID (if applicable), reason for request, and supporting evidence
- Our team will respond within 24 business hours
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
