Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Seller”, “you”, “your”) and Drpshippr (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our platform at drpshippr.io or app.drpshippr.io, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use Drpshippr, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of India or a legally registered business entity in India
• Have a valid bank account in India for receiving payouts
• Provide accurate and truthful registration information
• Not be barred from receiving services under applicable Indian law

3. Our Services

Drpshippr provides a dropshipping fulfillment platform that enables you to:

• Access a catalog of products sourced from verified Indian suppliers
• Automatically sync and fulfill orders from your Shopify store
• Receive weekly payouts for successfully delivered orders
• Use AI-powered tools for order confirmation, ad copy, and product photography
• Access analytics, NDR management, and business insights

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your Shopify store complies with Shopify's own Terms of Service
• Accurately representing products to your customers
• Compliance with all applicable Indian laws including GST, consumer protection, and advertising standards
• Not using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity

5. Pricing and Payments

Drpshippr operates on a one-time plan fee model. Plan fees are due upfront and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.

Platform fees are charged per order:

• Launch Plan: 5% per successfully delivered order
• Scale Plan: 3% per successfully delivered order
• Dominate Plan: 0% platform fee + 0% RTO fee

All fees are deducted from your weekly payout. You will receive a detailed breakdown in your payout statement every Monday.

6. Payouts

Payouts are processed every Monday for all orders delivered in the previous week (Monday to Sunday). The payout amount is calculated as:

There is no minimum payout threshold. Payouts are transferred via NEFT/IMPS to your registered bank account. We are not responsible for delays caused by banking holidays or bank processing times.

7. RTO (Return to Origin) Policy

RTO occurs when a delivery attempt fails and the shipment is returned to our warehouse. RTO fees apply as follows:

• Launch Plan: ₹80 per returned order
• Scale Plan: ₹60 per returned order
• Dominate Plan: ₹0 (Zero RTO fees)

RTO fees are deducted from your next payout. We employ AI-powered NDR management to minimize RTOs, but we cannot guarantee zero RTO on Launch or Scale plans.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Drpshippr to sell:

• Counterfeit, fake, or trademark-infringing products
• Illegal substances, weapons, or prohibited goods under Indian law
• Adult content or age-restricted products without proper verification
• Products that make false medical or health claims
• Any goods banned under the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act

Violation of prohibited activities may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of pending payouts.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Drpshippr platform — including the logo, UI design, software, product data, and AI tools — is the intellectual property of Drpshippr and protected under applicable Indian IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

Product images provided in our catalog are licensed for use only within the Drpshippr platform. You may use them in your Shopify store but may not redistribute or sell them.

10. Limitation of Liability

Drpshippr is not liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of profit or revenue; delays caused by logistics partners, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control; or any issues arising from your end-customer relationship.

Our maximum liability to you in any dispute shall not exceed the total platform fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the dispute.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at care@drpshippr.in. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, any pending payouts for delivered orders will be processed on the next regular payout date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
